I would wager I would be in more hot water than you seeing as I linked to an explanation, but suspending or banning people for talking about major news on the site can only lead to disaster. I've pumped tens of thousands of dollars into the furry community through this site and if it has come to the point of squashing free speech about a controversial decision of the admins, I shall take my business elsewhere.

I doubt linking to something off site would qualify for punishment, if so we're all in trouble XD

Hadn't even noticed. This is, what, the fifth exodus already? It's not gonna stick. The last few were louder and FA is still here and enduring.

Yeah it's pretty much basically an old issue that's come up again and people insist on labeling this person a rapist when it was more merely sexual harassment than anything. Obviously he's not in jail or on a sex offender registry. There were others around apparently but you get people passionate and sympathetic toward anyone claiming to be a sexual assault victim and they'll believe it with no real proof. But in any event said person is on a project involving coding the next "site update" that's been overdue for years and apparently it's a big fuss and he is being treated as guilty and people that insist on "speaking out" via call out journals which really in the end just illicit more drama are simply continuing a libel against the guy.

But yeah this incident happened a very long time ago and the passionate won't move on with their lives. FA is also not a place for free speech as well. This is also old news and does not surprise me. But going around calling someone a rapist is a very serious accusation to make and to be honest has no real place on an art site. Same ol "omg I hate the choices FA admins make" type exodus. *yawn*
