Weasyl + FA's shitty policies

Wish there was like a furry news website or something that exposes all of this stuff so the furry community can be safe and not live in ignorance, because ignorance IS NOT bliss!!!
Everyone deserves to feel safe in their community, and ngl I don't really feel particularly safe on FA.... Regardless, it's a site alot of people are on so most artists are financially trapped here....
If you feel strongly enough about this issue, I recommend moving over to Weasyl, which is a really simple site to use and has none of the disgusting taste in your mouth that FA leaves :) https://www.weasyl.com/

Think of it this way, there are plenty of people who have made PERMANENT MOVES to Weasyl. So there are probably gems there you have never seen before, why not give it a chance?

Still here, but giving priority to Weasyl.... that sounds like a plan uvu
I've been trying to get others to go as well but I guess some people are dead set on defending rapists and animal abusers so whatevs. I really like that there are people trying to knock some sense into people over here still though, instead of just people going "omg it's just drama!!1" when it's actually a serious issue??? like what the heckie dude
I was going to try to phase out nicely and make it a smooth move but my emotions got the better of me (dragons breath fire when theyre angry hahaha), I just hope that some people see the just side of this!!
I don't want people to be in an unsafe community, I don't want them to perpetrate an unsafe community, and I want people to be educated. I have faith in them that they can be persuaded, but I can't be constantly nice and polite about something so heinous and disgusting of a topic
There are people we definitely cannot sway though, and it's best to let them rot imo .....

Very true though, although I really wish they could see the kind of harm they're doing by defending people like dragoneer and zaush :<< [and renard/everyone else who was outed as a terrible person this week]. Even "staying out of drama" by not caring what they did is not good.
