I know exactly how you feel mate. Like no one cares. Unappreciated. Like you feel useless, pathetic, a waste of space. Like it's always your fault. You keep making mistakes and you just can't seem to rectify them no matter how you try. I've been there. I am there now. I hate myself now more than I ever have. And the worst part is, that it hurts the people that mean the most to you...like your partner...the one who really loves you the most...sometimes they are the only person that you feel like you can hold on for, and if you lose them, it will all just come crashing down and it'll all be over...

I know exactly what you mean. You just gotta remember what's important to you and what you'd miss if you left...but also who would really miss you. You'd be surprised how many people actually value your life. It's just human nature to take the most important things for granted.
