I think it will cost a bit to have someone do it for you.
The quickest way it to buy avatar parts that best match your fursona.
Stuff like hair, ears, maybe a new body, tail, etc.

If you do, try to find stuff that you can edit and have textures included.
This will allow you to make your own textures for the items.

Also, there are texture maps for the basic avatar that you can find online.
If I can find them, I'll link you to them. This will allow you to add your own texture to the actual body.

Believe it or not, that was the easy version.
If you look up tutorials on YouTube, it'll seem harder.
Or easier. Depends on the person I guess.
