So i have replied to emails and have went on my paypal account page to cancel the charge backs. Now all im waiting for is to see if the money has went back into peoples accounts. Im hoping this is a quick fix. Also i might have fill out this form verifying that i indeed wanted to cancel charge backs. I plan on doing that tonight and faxing the form to the resolution center. So it might take a couple of days to get that done. Everything is looking positive for the outcome. Im sorry for all this bull crap. Again thank you for those who are understanding and patient.
