Apologies on my miscommunications as of late.
12 years ago
To those who don't know, I currently work a 3rd shift job (9pm-6am) and have been for the past 10 months.
My sleeping schedule is completely out of whack -- and even after sleeping for 8-10+ hours on days off, I wake up and a few hours later i'm already feeling tired again (and sometimes I will even go back to sleep).
I pretty much feel tired almost all of the time, even on nights off.
This has definitely cut into my creative process quite a bit as well as my communication.
No one is even online when I am generally awake.
Between that and my Nana's passing back in September it has really made me extremely depressed.
So I am sorry if I have been keeping to myself lately or not answering notes or emails.
I don't check everything as often as I should. :( Really my own fault.
I'm currently working on finding a new job but, the job market in my area is terrible and even with a degree I can't find any full-time work. It really sucks. :[

The depression can also be related to never being out in the sunlight ;;
A simple 'no' to a refund request would of made me feel less inclined to have to post publicly to get a response. Customers pay in good faith they will get what is offered. the right thing to do is personally contact them (not make them contact you) if you can't do it. Some of us are also struggling but go ahead and try to support this community and buy nice things from/for others who are struggling, only to get screwed anyway.
When people can't personally speak to the people who have paid them, i find it incredibly rude and bad business and i'm sorry, but we all have problems.
