Current OL Plot
People who assume that the latest page of a plot arc represents its conclusion really peeve me. It's like walking out of a movie at the Major Setback stage of the screenplay, and telling everyone the movie had a sad ending. I understand how it is when you only see two new pages a week (which is all I can do for free with my schedule), and the latest update just hangs out for a number of days. There've been times when I've toyed with the idea of building up eight pages in a month and releasing them at once, or releasing four pages a month, twice a month, but since many people catch up on the comic that way, anyway, I think it's best to leave it to the reader's individual preference.
Anyway, it's just a little current vent of mine. Go about your business. :3

As a countermeasure, might I suggest a little teaser script at the bottom of each page?
"To be continued Friday/Monday"
And then of course, putting a "The End" at the end of each arc. Long-running comics do that, or did that, all the time.
Or would Our Host rather not suffer fools?
but thats just me.
Sometimes, the only way to get around that is to try and assure your readers beforehand. Which can work, but now you've lost the element of surprise, the moment when everything clicks. Is it worth it?
I dunno, I'm still trying to figure out whether author forwards, and tagging stories, is a help or a hindrance. I know whenever I'm working with darker or heavier material, just mentioning something like cuckolding is liable to lose several readers. However, explaining that I handle the theme in a peculiar, romance-drive way, ends up handing the plot over before the reader has even begun.
Society will always judge things that are just abnormal, and a dick girl is as abnormal as it gets. You'd expect a bi or maybe even gay to be attracted to that, but a strait guy? This is the dilemma that's happening.
Sources: I'm transgender, yo.
Rant over.
But that's just a little nitpick; keep up the good work man, its nice to see diversity that doesn't feel forced, Audrey is cute and I hope we see Aron grow a bit character-wise :>
That being said, I'm still not 100% sure were Aron is with this guy. Is he bi now? Are they just friends? Who can say, we'll find out on Friday!
Basically what I'm saying, is that if people are going to complain about it, and not like you, or your art work/comics because of something that you did that they didn't like, or something that you didn't do that they wanted you to, then they can go elsewhere. Because as a hard working highly respected Furry artist (And a great one at that), you shouldn't have to put up with that kind of crap. Those people need to stop acting like petulant little two year old children who are throwing a temper tantrum just because they couldn't get their way.
huh...doesn't feel like a conclusion to me.
assuming it was just a twist, in the lead-up to a story questioning social preconceptions in some way(guessing), isnt something i would do with many artists besides you.
Always look forward to mondays and fridays haha
I don't see a problem with Aron's reaction at all. He has been in a straight relationship since his introduction and one would assume he likes girls, a lot. Finding someone who he is attracted to, has had sexual fantasies revolving around Audrey being female and wanted to see them fulfilled in real life only to find the female in his mind is actually male can be quite jarring. Most people have to adjust to a situation like that before they can interact with them further.
Transgender though is complicated. In my opinion, and this is just me talking about myself, I might date someone who is trans but how they got that way makes a huge difference. If they are naturally transsexual and it is a part of who they are is one thing but if you are doing the operations, hormones and whatnot and you look like Kevin Bacon in drag, I'm not interested. Nope... https://i.chzbgr.com/maxW500/6153751552/hC85366D2/
*puffs his cigar and drinks his whiskey*

And from what I see, she ain't even on stage yet.
Bunners
Also, Trixie's alcohol and weed consumption.
Haven't read OL in almost three weeks, what am I missing?
WARNING: the above might contain complete and total bullshit.
D'awwww, that woulda been a Great plot...
Both of those are the right reactions in my opinion.
you're not angry, happy, or disappointed with your unexpected discovery, its just a strange event that most people can easily dismiss
most intelligent people anyway
