i was litterly gona wait till issue 300 of the comics but after seeing a quote on Kens form witch i wil copy and past) im calling it
the ENTIRE pender cast is DEAD jsut screw it if ken owns it its a dead corps in the comics now my proof
You make valid points, but I have to deal with the reality of the situation. However much the fans would like my characters back in the books, as Ian has made abundantly clear, it just ain't gonna happen. Period.

bu when it comes to Fiona im waiting i emailed Ke a long time agao about her and he said he forgot to put a claim on her so..keeping my hopes high for her...

I'm sure that the majority of this decision comes from Sega, not Archie Comics themselves. Since they were easily using the characters before the lawsuit finalization and all that business.
