It's not clear from that form because of the validation - but it acts like you have to commission an artist 5 times before you can recommend them, which seems excessive. If you don't fill in 5 URLs, the form won't save. Perhaps change the question to reflect this and say what to put into the "empty" fields so that it'll save? I put "about:blank" :P
