My Toilet is Cursed

I am starting to think it is time to break out the sage and the blessed salt. The toilet in my apartment that has caused two floods is back at it. This time we caught it before it became a major flood and have it contained. The apartment office closes for lunch so I have to wait till after lunch to call them. This is getting a little bit crazy.
