Well, I meant to post this with my two Disney pics last month, but better late than never. I love the art and fun of tumblr, but the more check, the more ignorance, bullying, complaining, and general dumb-assery that gets to me. Any way, after a huge rant I read on Disney being unfair to people of color, and a half-assed assessment of the view it got me thinking. I could share my views on why I think a lot of the films aren't in need of revision or why I feel they don't convey "A woman's only value is in getting married". Anyway, just my favs list now.

Gorilla Jack’s Disney List
I refuse to accept Nightmare before Christmas due to it’s status as claymation not animation and as an outlier. Mary Popins and Bedknobs and Broomsticks were very close but I had to categorize them as live action. Nor will I accept any cgi, they aren’t cartoons. Sorry Tangled. (But I also hated the Toy Story films.)
