I think the -alcohol- refuses to freeze at what we consider freezing temps, but the non-alcohol ingredients will freeze. I could be wrong, though.
And my freezer doesnt get THAT cold
Tv isnt bad for the brain as they say x3
It's because there's very little water in alcohol, so it doesn't freeze as easily
The freezing point of ethanol (the kind of alcohol in alcoholic drinks) is -114C, which is roughly -175F. Your freezer isn't going to get that low. Anything you're going to be drinking isn't pure alcohol, but the freezing point is still pretty low, even diluted. If your vodka is 40% alcohol (80 proof), then it freezes at around -30C. 20% alcohol, like wine, will freeze at around -13C, which a standard freezer can reach (which is why you can make wine cubes). Most beer will freeze around -3 to -6C.
finely grate a whole nutmeg into a sealable glass bottle (preferably thick glass) and shake well for 2 minutes, leave in a warm place like the top of the room and repeat shaking after 3 hours or so, repeat this proses for the next week,
finally, point the bottle at someone or something you don't like, unseal, and in the blink of an eye blow them away.
