I'm getting a house!

I'm very scared/nervous over this. As it is my first house. It is a big step.
The previous owners were kind enough to turn the basement bonus room into a sealed in workshop area. It's about 26x28 feet. Yea. Awesome Dungeon...ANYWAY. Lovely.
So Looks like no Conventions this year. It's going to be a bit tight for a little while for
wovstah and myself.

So here's a suggestion: On weekends when you can't go to a convention, host a small furry party for other local friends who can't go.
