Terms of service version one. Will be edited as is seen fit by the owner of StitchedToGo. By purchasing a commission you agree to all these terms, and are responsible for keeping up with any changes that may be made.
Characters being commissioned by stitched to go ("STG") must have a clear reference sheet. Characters that will be artistic liberty or one solid color may contact STG on a case by case basis to discuss details. STG does not create adult or "murr" suit products under any circumstances.
STG is a US based company and accepts payment in USD only.
STG takes pride in the products that are created by us. If there is a malfunction in the product you receive, you have 60 days to contact STG ad return the product to the workroom for a repair. Repair orders will be responsible for shipping costs to and from STG. You will not be charged a fee for the labor if your product is still under the 60 day warranty. Products that are returned and determined to be intentionally damaged will not be repaired. Products that are excessively soiled or unkempt will not be repaired as it is a hazard to the workplace. In both of these events the customer is still responsible for paying the return shipping. If the warranty period has expired the owner of the product can contact STG for a repair quote.
All products have a non refundable deposit of 30%. This fee covers the cost of raw materials, and cannot be returned. Once a product has been deemed completed it can no longer be refunded.
To check up on the status of a commission please send a note to the furaffinity account StitchedToGo. You will receive an answer as earliest as is available. StitchedToGo will NOT accept requests for information via shouts or comments. STG owner and operator xxmingxxo will not accept messages for quotes or commission statuses on the FurAffinity account xxmingxxo. FurAffinity user Chairoscuromonster may respond to questions that do not require xxmingxxo. Customers will be made aware of who they are talking to.
STG will not proceed with a commission unless the WIPs are confirmed by the customer.
STG has the right to outsource parts they are not able to create in house. STG has the right to add and delete terms at any time.
