streams - what time and day is good for most people?

hey everyone,
so ive decided i wanna do some sketch streams (maybe ill make em a regular thing, we'll see)
but i wanted to ask, what time and day is usually good for people? so i can make my times work best with people.

I would suggest evening streams (~7 PM) on any day Friday-Sunday. I think (no hard evidence to back it up here) that those days would be ideal as folks are shouldn't have much on their plates so to speak. Time to unwind and relax.
