1) What was your FIRST video game console?
Atari 2600. Old-school, bitches.
2) Name a few games you played on said console.
Combat, Burgertime, Breakout, E.T. (yes I had it. Wish I still did. Would frame it.)
3) Excluding handhelds, how many VG consoles do you own presently?
Let's see...NES, SNES(though the AC cable is lost), Genesis, Dreamcast, PS2, Wii, and 360. So seven.
4) Were you a Street Fighter nut? Any character in particular?
No. Don't much care for 1-on-1 fighters.
5) Do you think Capcom is a FUCKING awesome company with kickass character designs?
Really depends on the title. Hit and miss.
6) Here's the scenario.. You had some friends over and you all ate FRIED CHICKEN! After the meal you all decide to play some video games. As your friend reaches for a controller you notice his/her hands are very "greasy." Are you the type that would insist they wash their hands before pawing the controller, or is it no big deal?
You will have clean hands, or you no touchy my stuff.
7) What's your favorite RPG/Action RPG? I will allow a second and third fave if you insist.
Oh dear lord. Too many to choose from...Okay. Kingdom Hearts 2 and Phantasy Star 2 are definitely up there. Some will want to crucify me for not saying "Chrono Trigger", but there it is. I stand by my decision.
8) Do you prefer 2D games or 3D games?
Both equally.
9) Are you an SNK fan?
Not really.
9) Are you good at DDR?
Level 6 was the best I could ever do.
10) Who wants to kick that dog's ass from Duck Hunt?
I was glad that someone eventually made an online game where you could blow that dog's head off. Laugh at me, lousy bugger...
11) Have you skipped out on important events in life because of video games?
Yes.
12) Do you listen to video game music?
All the time.
13) Have you ever cosplayed a VG character?
No.
14) Have you ever been in an arcade playing a fighting game, KICKING ASS, and then some 6 year old asian kid comes in and OWNS YOU??
No. I've never kicked ass at a 1-on-1 fighting game. Just not my strong point.
15) Name three games you would love to see remakes of if it was done properly.
Kid Icarus. What else...Blaster Master. Has to be the same style though. Side-scrolling outdoors, top-down view indoors. 3rd one is Xenogears. Honestly, very little needs improving with that game. Just bump up the graphics and add some more cut scenes.
16) Mario or Sonic?
Sonic has more charisma, but Mario's games are just more fun. ^.^
17) When a movie shows up in the theaters, let's use SpiderMan as an example, are you likely to buy the GAME version?
Probably not, as games based on movies have a very bad track record. There are exceptions, however. Kung-Fu Panda is a pretty fun game.
18) What is your LEAST favorite genre of video games? (ex. fighting, sports, shooters, etc.)
Sports. Not much for sports to begin with. But the fact that EA dominates the whole genre just makes me hate it. Don't get me started on EA.
19) Is there a game out there that you feel was unique and didn't get enough love?
Kid Icarus. What the hell happened? One kick-ass game at the beginning of NES's life, and then nothing more until Brawl??
20) Have you ever verbally abused a game because you couldn't beat one of the levels and/or bosses?
Oh yes. And just to show it who's boss, I'll even turn it off.
21) Do you own any VG apparel?
Some shirts.
22) What are your thoughts on the live-action Super Mario Bros movie?
If a steaming turd could itself make a steaming turd, that would rank right above the SMB movie.
23) On that note, what did you think about the live-action Street Fighter movie?
At least I got a few laughs out of that one...

Never paid attention to KOF.

I already said old-school in this meme once. But I've also been known to say "retro".

No, but I've had games stolen by people who were just "borrowing" them.

Only emulated.

Felt really emotional? Yes. Shed actual tears? Not that I can remember.
