- When noting me about your commission please include what type of commission you are wanting to receive from me. EX: smooth shaded -2 character -full bodied -simplebackground. It helps me to total your price and send you the price so that we can move on and add you to the paid list.

-I am willing to try almost any different types of settings, and scenarios. I am not very comfortable with heavy machinery, intricate armor, vehicles, detailed weaponry, or complex architecture. Even though I’m willing to try anything, I may still refuse your commission. Please look at my gallery and familiarize yourself with my work before commissioning me.

- If you would like to receive WIP pieces please provide me with a working email to where I can send the pieces for your approval. If you do not provide me with this email before the starting of your piece you will not be receiving a WIP piece.

- Do not ask for gift art I am not going to be doing gift art for a while, IF and when I do it'll be for someone that I believe deserves it and free art is free art, don't go looking for it because you won't find it here.

- If you will be receiving a free piece of art do not harass me on when it'll be finished and do not harass my friends or family about it, it'll get you no where. My paying customers come first and foremost.

- No ref usually means no artwork. I as the artist can only work with what I am given so if you are not detailed enough I will more than likely fail to give you what you wanted so I am sorry to say but if you cannot provide me with a ref sheet I may turn you down.

-Please when sending refs do not send ANY second life reference sheets.

I will not draw anything hateful in nature towards any person/race/orientation/religion, etc.

Any pictures depicting drugs or the use of them including Marijuana.

-Will Do:

I am very open minded and do not judge others for their interest or ideas, and as such inquires will be keep private.

- Remember I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Say you don't read my T.O.S. agreement and don't follow the rules of commissioning me I can refuse service to you, simple as that.

-Rules of usage:
- I can use the commission and sell prints of it at art shows and in other printed form. I may use it in other projects, such as Patreon, upload it to my public Google+ Drive folder, for private usage and so on.
- I can use the commission in future art-books and as prints, and edit it to fit a broader audience (make SFW versions)
- You my upload it to your art accounts for PUBLIC usage with credit
- You may use the high resolution file sent to your e-mail for PRIVATE usage (do not resell prints, redistribute etc)
- If you were given the PSD file as well (YCH autobuy etc): The files will be saved in Photoshop CC. I can not help you out if you're unable to open it because you don't have a program that supports PSD files saved in Photoshop CC, sorry.


-For Adoptables-

1. Do not resell for more than their selling price listed.
2. Do not remove my Yin Yang stamp.
3. Credit that you adopted from me if you use the purchased artwork.
4. Do not change my lineart or design on the adoptable. Do this on your own or commissioned artwork.
5. All designs are non-refundable.
