I have an account on Weasyl. It's not bad, there definitely is a more friendly environment. However, of you're stressed about cross posting I know there are scripts and browser extensions that can handle that for you.

Yeah that's kind of the big motivator for moving there, plus the fact I can make folders there and all that. I've never really connected to well with the community here on FA, not entirely sure why.
