Well, I don't have a particular fave sequence, as there are many, but I do enjoy the thought of using magic to change one creature into another species.

I guess if I DID have to list a fave example, I would go with a pic I made not too long ago of my main character eating an enchanted apple and turning into a horse.

I have no real preferred method, but my usual way is through the use of pharmaceuticals.

That can be a fun device to use :3 Magic pills cure all your ills....

It's a shame that some folks aren't even aware that they suffer from the affliction of being "normal sized"! Just one of my patented pills cures that very ailment, bringing 'em right down to a proper size! And all it costs them is, well, them!

Forced, by magic... curse... or mishap with potions. Also a small animal transformed into and even bigger one. Like a Squirrel transformed into a Whale in a very wacky and uneven way like Abu into the Elephant in Aladdin ^^

Any TF from small to either big muscles or to being gigantic is awesome. My favorite is the Bane transformation from Batman and Robin.

For me its magic, potions and merging is by far my all time favorite. :)

Hmmm... muscle growth, species change, macro, clothing change... usually by wearing an item, ingesting something, accidental means or supernatural. (I know I've run at least one of these concepts by you at some point ;) ).

ok granted this is really dated and the early parts come off more goofy than terrifying but I am still really fond of this sequence. Also probably one of the best werewolf movies around. "The Howling"

incidentally I think probably my favorite part of a tf/growth sequence is ripping out of your clothing as you grow larger and beefier. |D<3

I like the idea of getting buffer and maybe slower TFs but that was really upsetting to watch xD

actually funny thing about that. the TF last so long that the lady actually has enough time to look around the office and find an open jar of sulphuric acid [in an unattended doctor's office mind you. I swear if the werewolves didn't do this place in the safety violations would have] and dump it on him before she remembers that she can run.

I've never understood the appeal of instant TFs. :P The ones I found most interesting are the really gradual ones that happen over a long period of time - at least days or even weeks. Where people keep noticing little changes and gradually get used to them.

Magic, chemical, wearing something that causes a change, drug/injection, smoking something, eating something, lightening, a kiss, being in a certain place, etc. I have used all of those.

My fav types of tf usually are species change, size change, muscle,muscle, inanimate (liek to clothes, statue), body swap, etc. TF is liek one of my main things I am into. usually rexeuquinox does a good number of them.

If I had a transformation, I'd like mine to be gentle and easy, a ring of light that starts at the feet and rises, it would feel warm and tingling like a quick numb feeling and then the natural shifting into the new body.

That sounds like a nice way to do it! :)
