I understand your feelings there. When I was youthful and less experienced driver, being late for a delivery was the worse thing I could imagine.

is it dark? Can you see my middle finger? Your high beams are on.
is it snowing? Are you honking at me because you lost traction? Be glad a truck was there and not a police car or ditch.
is it heavy traffic and im trying to get to an exit and need to assert my right of way? You probably need to trade for the passing lane.
is your vehicle attempting to pass mine in the travel lane when im merging into it. You probably should probably get around and pass in the correct lane. If you arent in a ditch or tree already you at least have the know how to stay out of that zone next time.
Is your truck parked in two spots and less than oversize dimensions? You are a shitty driver or your trainer needs to boot the lizard and get back to teaching.

Im lucky i dont have a middle finger flow chart because i always pull 2 trailers so i let some one know when im up set by swinging the dog at them as the drive by xD
