Pretty upset. It has been almost a month and no response to my response to my trouble ticket. I wonder what is up. Just because I responded with the fact that I couldn't do as they asked because it was rather impossible, that is no reason that they shouldn't respond. I am considering closing down my account here. I don't need the stress of a problem that no one will address.
