This is kind of a question.

Is it wrong to consider a buyer beware post on an artist?
I know they do legitimate work for some people.
I have seen the posts showing they are still actively working.

But what if they have completed projects taken on after your order?
What if they have had over a year to work on it?
What if you paid over $600 for materials and labor?
And what if they get rude with you when you ask for the money and materials back?

I hesitate to post the details because I don't want to slander them where the make their living.
But, wouldn't the pressure help, rather than taking them to court, when you know they can't afford it?
Or do you skip the public warnings and just take them to small claims court?

I have dealt with this for this long because I felt sorry for their situation, but I want the material back.
I want to get this project done, and I don't want to reinvest in the material again.

Why do people put you in these situations?
Advise would be nice, but right now I just want to scream in frustration.
