Bit by bit...

...I'm getting closer to graduation from the Culinary program, as well as my self-appointed moving time to Vancouver. I am getting more nervous, but more excited for it. I cannot wait to feel the moist air again, to be located in the city, and to show more of what I can, and want to, do.
I recently had a chance to work with a chef from Gatineau, and I think you would enjoy the food there.

School goes on til the end of April, and I intend on moving by June. Sooooo much excitement
