I'm opening Chibi Commissions for $3.00 per character!

Rules:
- Payment will be made BEFORE I start the commission.
-> You also have the option to pay half up front then pay the rest after it is finished.
- I will need a ref or good, clear picture so I can see the markings and colors.
-> If there is any additional information I need to know about the character, please feel free to let me know.
-After the commission is finished, I am okay with making minor tweaks and changes to it if I mess anything up. PLEASE do not be afraid to tell me. I'd rather have you love it and it be perfect than you spare my feelings.
