Sweetie it is a popularity game. Believe me I get next to nothing on my pieces of artwork as well. A comment excites me more than anything. I favorite is so not personal, but when someone takes the time to look at your art, read the description and then comment. That to me is more rewarding. Give it time, keep practicing.

Yeah I agree I love getting comments even if I don't always reply.
It's hard to give it time and wait it out when I feel like I should give up on it lately.

Not a problem. I really like the cute style of your work. If i wasnt currently saving up for my suit I would be commissioning people more. And your prices are really good. But keep your head high.

Believe me, this is a game of appearances, reputation, and popularity most of all. For five long years I've been attempting to carve out a tiny little niche for myself, and it's only now beginning to pay off. It's a painful process, but rewarding in the end. I still jump when I get a comment on my work, it makes my day to know that someone appreciates what I make.

Keep your chin up and just power through it, it's worth it.

And if I had the money to spare, I'd be all over your commissions q.q

Unfortunately, adult work sells much better. But even still, I feel like people bid past that 100s on other YCH auctions and I feel as though they have the same skill as me. Its all about being well known and unfortunately that's really tough here

It's a popularity contest. There isn't a whole lot that can be done about that. :/ Just keep trying. Reach out more with journals to talk to your followers. Do more adult work too, as AngelWolf92 said, it's clear that, on here, the adult works really sells. @.@
