Species: Liger (Child of a male lion and female tiger), Megalodon Shark (40 to 60 feet long, extremely strong jaws, strong teeth, looks a lot like a great white), Deinonychus Raptor (Remember the Velociraptors in Jurassic Park? Those were actually the size of a Deinonychus, and a Velociraptor is about the size of a chicken or turkey), Saltwater Crocodile, hybrid.
Gender: Male
Personality: Appears cold and emotionless, slightly more than moderate paranoia, will use almost any means necessary to achieve his goals. Not very talkative most of the time, but he will talk at length if he feels it is needed. He does feel the same emotions as everyone else, but they are under absolute control. Vengeful/defensive when it comes to innocent people and their suffering. Has a nearly-sexual level of enjoyment when it comes to death, destruction, torture, fighting, killing, etc. But he will not kill, ever. He will, however, injure, maim, and torture if he believes they deserve it. He will not give up on any plans or goals he has. He may appear to let it go, but he is putting on the back-burner so that he can plan for the future.
Backstory:
I don't really have one for him at the moment. I have some ideas going around in my head. I know some things about him.
He was made by a scientist or scientists. He was created to be a weapon/assassin. He has killed in the past. Something changed him so he no longer is willing to. At some point he stopped working for/associating with the scientist(s). He may not kill, and he protects those he considers innocent. But he is by no means a good guy. Or a bad guy, for that matter. His morals are questionable. Let's put it that way. I don't really know anything else about him at this point.
Abilities:
Offensive:
Master of several forms of martial arts, mid-level skill in others. Extensive knowledge of military tactics throughout history. Also excellent at improvisational tactics. Highly skilled with many forms of hand-to-hand combat weaponry. Swords, spears, staffs, etc. He can easily lift exactly 11.11 times his own body weight (He weighs 800LB or 362.8KG) with ease.
But he can only carry that much or hold it up for thirty minutes, after that his stamina begins to decrease fairly quickly. In a fight or flight situation he can lift fifteen times his body weight. And he can carry five times his body weight for very long periods. Several hours I would say.
Defensive:
Each one of his layers of skin acts as it would on its respective animal. This makes him very durable and resistant to injury. It would take a metal stronger than steel and as sharp as possible to cut through his skin, or to pierce it. And anything smaller than a .50 caliber bullet can't do any more than bruise him. He has very fast healing ability. If you were to manage to cut him open, even a severe gash several inches thick, he would be fully healed in a couple of minutes. However, the speed of his healing is proportionate to the damage. Give him multiple moderate-to-severe injuries and it will take him a couple of hours to heal. Maybe longer. And if his body takes too much damage, or you cut off his head, he will die.
Miscellaneous(Anything that can be both offensive and defensive, so I'm not sure where else to put it):
He can run at 40 MPH (Approx. 64 KPH) for several hours without stopping, and about 70 MPH (Approx. 112 KPH) for ten minutes. He has perfect vision, and can see at distances greater than most people. He can also see in almost absolute darkness. He can partially sense electric or electronic devices up to ten feet away. This allows him to detect anyone who has bioelectric impulses, as well as many electronic devices. It can be very irritating in a crowded place such as a mall. He has a sense of smell as good or better than many dogs, and his hearing is as good or better than most cats. He has a highly developed awareness of his own body, as well. Muscles, internal organs, etc.
Even with the drag from his fur, he can swim at 20 MPH (Approx. 32 KPH) But only if he's naked. If he has his outfit on he can only swim at 5 MPH (Approx. 8 KPH). If he wears a wetsuit he can get up to 40 MPH. He can stay underwater indefinitely due to his gills. And he can go to any depth because all he has to do to avoid the water pressure is fill his body with water, where normally there would be air. He can go very long periods of time without food or water, because his body's digestion system is so efficient. It is 100% efficient, and therefore he has no anus or genitals, or the need to eliminate bodily waste. He has no belly button or nipples either.
His reflexes are extremely fast, enough that he can catch a paintball without breaking it. He can stay almost perfectly still indefinitely unless he needs to eat or something like that. To most people, he would appear to be a statue. But those with good enough eyesight or training can detect the slight movements of his breathing. He can also hold his breath for very long periods, if he needs to. His lung capacity is much greater than a humans, and his muscles can also store oxygen. Like a whale. His lung strength is very high. He can blow out the candles on a cake from ten feet away. This makes his roar very powerful, and terrifying. It sounds like a dragon, basically.
He is a master of parkour and free running. The difference between the two disciplines is minor, but they are different enough that he mastered both. His body is also extremely flexible, about half as flexible as a professional contortionist. His outfit is also extremely strong. It is woven with a combination of steel fibers, kevlar, and a material that is impervious to x-rays and thermal scanning. It's very flexible and comfortable to wear, but can resist most small caliber bullets and semi-sharp blades and points. To the touch it feels like very silky animal fur.
He has a high level of knowledge when it comes to using computers in general. He can design, assemble, or disassemble(NO DISASSEMBLE STEPHANIE!!) computers very quickly. He has a moderate knowledge of many different forms of computer code, as well as moderate hacking(It's not the 80s nobody says "hack" anymore. -_-') skills. He also has a decent level of skill when it comes to electronics and machinery in general. Although he is by no means a genius or an expert.

Primarily looks like an anthro Liger, but the shape of his head and muzzle/face has crocodile mixed in. He also has ears like a Liger, the inside of which is the same color as his bellyfur. His pupils are slitted, and the irises are silver, red, orange, and yellow.
The irises are mostly silver. The red, orange, and yellow are arranged like tongues of fire all around the edges of the pupil. His upper and lower canines are long enough that they just barely stick out of his lips.
The inner curves are serrated. All of his other teeth are like smaller versions of his canines, with the curve pointing backwards and serrations on the inner side. He has eight rows of replacements for each tooth, and they are all black.
His nose is a dark gold color, the same as his skin. His tongue is bright red, can stick out seven inches from his lips (that's not the full length of it, just how far it can reach if he extends it fully), and is forked. He can control it completely, like his arm or leg.
It's also very rough, like a cat's tongue.
Neck
I'm only adding this section because he has six gills on either side of his neck. They're not easy to spot with the fur, but you can see them.
Torso
No nipples. Six-pack abs. Muscle boobs? I don't know what to call it. No navel/belly button.
Arms/hands
Not much to say about his arms that I can think of. His hands look quite a bit like the hands in this picture.
His claws are 8 inches long, black, and serrated. They are razor sharp and durable enough to cut through steel if enough force is applied. They are also retractable. (I'm not sure how that would work, to be honest. Perhaps they're hollow and the finger bones
fit inside them? I don't know.
Legs/feet
Not much to say about the legs, either. His feet look quite a bit like this .
But there are some differences. The skin color is different, it's dark gold. He has five toes. His big toe claw is about 50% straighter than the one in the picture. And the other four claws are the same size and shape as the big toe claw.
Also the leg/ankle shape in the picture is not what his would look like at all. His feet are digitigrade, though. But the shape of his leg and ankle is more like that of a lion. It's just the skin that looks like the picture. The claws on his feet are also black, razor sharp, and serrated. They are partially retractable, but only to the point that
they don't touch the ground. The strength is the same as the claws on his hands.
Tail
His tail is six feet long. The shape of it is a mixture between a crocodile's tail and a liger's tail. Take a liger tail and make it twice as thick, then flatten it slightly and make the overall shape of the tail triangular. Or maybe it would be like taking a crocodile's tail and rounding it out with some fur and skin? It's kind of hard to describe.
It is extremely flexible, and he can control it the same as his arm or leg.
Fur
His fur is golden/blond, it shines in the sun. Overall on his body it's about half as thick as an anthro liger's fur would be. So that when you're far away he appears to be furry like an anthro liger.
But when you get closer you can see through the fur somewhat, to the skin underneath. Right about where his wrists and ankles begin, the fur thins out to the point where it's slightly thicker than the fuzz on a peach.
The fur on his belly, groin, and butt is a pale gold. The fur on his tail is very fluffy and thick compared to the rest of his body. He also has stripes on his arms, legs, back and face. They look like the ones on this
lion as far as the distribution and pattern (That's also a good reference for his muscles/body type). IDK's are silver, however, and the stripes on his face are different. On his forehead are six stripes in a fan pattern, and he has one horizontal stripe on each cheek. The arrangement is like this: I love you google images.
Hair
His hair is black and very long. It goes down to just above his butt. It's also very thick, fluffy/silky to the touch, and wavy. He has a widows peak. Sometimes he braids it, but sometimes he just brushes it out and lets it be. His eyebrows and whiskers are also black.
Skin
If you were to look at his skin without the fur, it would be a dark gold color. Starting from the top of his head and going down his back and then onto his tail, he has ridges and bumps like a crocodile. He also has the spiky ridges on either side of the top of his tail, like a crocodile does.
Over the rest of his body the skin is like a crocodile. On his arms, belly, etc. Unlike most animals, however, he has four sections of skin before you reach the muscle and bone. What I mean by that is that, for example with a human, the skin has various layers of thickness and type before you reach the muscle and bone. The layers of a human's skin closest to the muscle gradually move closer to the surface, getting thinner and dryer and such. Eventually they die and flake off. Well IDK has four sections of that, whereas a human only has one. Each section does the multiple layers of thickness moving towards the surface. The top section is crocodile skin. Under that is dinosaur skin. Under that is shark skin. And finally under that is liger skin.
If you were to cut his arm off and look at a cross-section of the different sections (dinosaur, shark, liger), the bottom three would of course be paler than the surface because they rarely see the light of day. But they are just as durable as they would be on their respective animals. This makes his skin very thick and very strong. It's nearly bullet-proof.
Additional body details:
Iosef has no genitals or anus. His digestion system is 100% efficient so there is no waste when he eats. He also does not have the ability to reproduce.

His outfit resembles this. , although with some significant changes. Just take that as a starting point.
Cloak
Much deeper than the hood in the picture, his hood is deep enough to cover his face almost completely. It also has a point on it, like Ezio's hood in Assassin's Creed. This one. That's pretty much exactly what I want the shape of his hood to be, only a deeper hood.
His cape is longer than the one in the picture, reaching the floor. The bottom is pointed like batman's. The cloak comes around to cover his front and sides completely. On the oustide of the cloak, including the hood, are various patterns. A mixture of elemental patterns, the "tribal" tattoos, and celtic designs.
Skirt thing? Tabard? I'm not sure. It's the thing in the picture that starts at the belt/hips and goes down to about his ankles.
IDK's is longer than the one in the picture. It reaches the floor, the same as his cloak. The bottom is straight, however. That silver part on the inner edges that's in the picture is also on IDK's skirt thingy.
It has a flame pattern on it. The way the pattern should be is like, imagine that you had fire climbing up those two edges. That sort of look is what I"m going for. He doesn't have any kind of belt other than where the skirt thingy attaches to his waist.
Torso
He has a shirt with long sleeves that go all the way up to his wrists. On the chest from shoulders to hips is a large red x. He also has whatever it is in the picture that covers the shoulders and upper chest area. The thing with the armor on it.
I don't know what that is called, but it's a separate piece from the shirt. And IDK also has the armor pieces on his.
