Patreon?

Once I get back into the swing of things, and once the next chapter has started up, I’ve decided I’m going to give Patreon a chance. I’ll be honest, I’m unsure what sort of luck I’d have with it, but week after week I’ve put out this comic, poured so many hours, and put so much of myself on display that I need to give it a shot!
I have a very niche comic that is a bit different than a lot of comics out there, and I think fans would be willing to support, even if just by a little. I think I could find some support tiers for those fans at well that are both fair to them and me.
Pledge $5 an update? I’ll do a sketch of a monster or character you describe, and it might even make it into the BG at some point!
Pledge $10 an update? I’ll do a sketched commission for ya of whatever ya like (that would fit in the world and theme of the comic, of course).
The idea would be that people are supporting the comic first and foremost. I dunno… thoughts?

I'm a little confused, would pledging $5 mean I pay you $5 every time there's a new page posted?
Patreon creators can either set up to receive donations each month or each update. I'd probably rather do it by month, to keep things simple.
