As far as my neighbor's driving is concerned, she cannot nor should not be able to drive through any city, at any time, on any day, under any circumstances, for the rest of her life. I need vodka, 2 xanax, and 3 days to sleep. I am that done with trying to help her drive or driving her somewhere.
