I have everything to look forward to. I am creating opportunities for myself, I'm working on a very promissing game, I have nothing to complain about... So why do I still feel like shit?

I'm usually the type that doesn't have the drive so I rarely finish things. I'm also working on a project but it feels like it'll be a year before we even get the ball rolling.
I think that's part of what depresses me, I just wasn't good enough to get "there" through conventional means, so I took a back door. Instead of using great skill, I'm grinding through the work.
I don't feel like I'm making a lot of sense :P
Every project needs a leader, though, someone who organizes the project and motivates the people that are involved working under them, and I think it's a good thing when that leader role is filled by someone like our leader, or you who feels guilty about being the one in the highest position.
On the contrary, I love being the boss, and I'm fine with giving people their dues whether it's good or bad. And I have no issue taking the blame when I'm at fault since I'm more about being fair, than raising selfishly.
