As long as tattoos are not visible, they are okay. As for piercings, aside from two on each earlobe for women is all that's allowed. At least of visible piercings.

i have two and they are on my legs i can cover them up if i have to. i have my nose done and my industrial that is visible. but my tounge is somewhat visible

Nope, sorry, just read through it now and the only piercings allowed are one on each earlobe for women. All others must not have any jewelry in them while working.

ok so they still give you a chance to apply its just they have a limit on the body art.

Yep, no visible tattoos and only one set of earrings. All other body modifications are pretty much not allowed, but piercings you can always take out while working and put 'em back in when off the clock. I would pretty much say try to look as conservative/professional as you can appearance-wise if interested.
