That is.. not a rant in musical format, but a rant about music. A little update, actually - I'm just not sure if I'll be able to avoid rambling.
First, I just released an EP on my website called Chamai Mēlon.
I wrote almost all the songs in a single session right after I recorded 'Flock' (the only exception). It's poppy, sometimes revolting and perhaps even sweet at times. I did the album cover myself, for once - an act I don't know if I'll repeat.
Then, there's yesterday. Yesterday the record label released Weapons, Weapons, Weapons on the Japanese Golfers website.
There's even a music video on there! And I still have hair in it! A lot of it, in fact!
Perhaps it'll lure in some readers to know that the inimitable Dashinlocat is on percussion and background noise 'duties' on the single sided LP (which you can download in mp3 format for free from the website).
Hmm.. that's all. I think I managed to hold back!
