COMMISSIONS - T.O.S. - Terms of Service
When you register for a commission slot, you agree that you have read and understood the following rules
1. Before you grab a slot, please be aware that I am not a professional!!! I have not learned to draw
in a school and noone ever taught me, I'm completely self-taught and still learning, therefore my own style is still incosistent
and changing over time. I'm experienced when it comes to certain characters and elements that I have drawn many times
before but also unexperienced when it comes to new characters and they will maybe not turn out as you may expect!
Be sure to check my gallery to get an impression of my strenghts and weaknesses!
2. I will not draw any kind of adult content, sex, violence, major destruction, digestion, hard vore/stomps, etc...
But I might be able to draw pictures with slightly mature content, no graphic content.
I draw humans only in very rare cases!
3. I have the right to refuse any commissions for no reason, orient yourself by my gallery to get an impression
of my strengths, weaknesses and preferences. Feel free to ask questions before you grab a slot.
4. I can receive payments only via PAYPAL. By signing up for a slot, make sure to have the payment ready and be able
to pay within a few days after I have accepted the idea for your picture.
If you are not contacting me anymore in a longer time, your slot will be cleared.
5. I will not start drawing until I have received the payments! From this moment on, there will be NO FULL REFUNDS!
6. If you are not happy with your picture after at least a 2nd WIP and want to drop the commission, you will get your money back, but I will keep 15$ for the work I had with the sketches.
7. Once the picture is finished you will not be able to receive any refunds if you are not happy with the result.
8. You are allowed to post your picture anywhere on the internet, so am I. My watermark must remain, though!
I will highly appreciate links back to the original picture or to my gallery.

The winner of any YCH auction agrees to the following rules:
Bidding-Rules will be explained in the info box of the corresponding YCH picture.
1. I still have the right to refuse drawing any characters that I do not like or that do not match the character silhouettes.
2. In case your character has not been approved and you want to drop the auction picture, the 2nd highest bidder will be chosen as the new winner instead.
3. After you have paid and I have started drawing, there will be no refunds!

Rule 3-A sounds silly, I don't understand exactly what you mean. You will not try anything you haven't already tried? Maybe rule 3-B is enough.
Sometimes when I am getting notes about picture ideas, I think to myself: "When they want me to draw THAT kind of picture, why are they even watching me???" x3
I dont mind trying new stuff, but some of the ideas are just way too weird for me :c

So if there's nothing wrong, can you explain what "within 3 ideas" is? Because I'm not understanding that bit.
I can be a little snarky or weird sometimes, but I'm not dumb by any means. If that confused me, it will confuse someone else too. Just trying to point it out.
you also could have said: "dude, you confused days with ideas, period." xd
