discoverychannelofficialSo, today I finally got my tax return. It's not good news. My tax return is about HALF what I was expecting. It's JUST enough to kill my debit. It is not even enough for a deposit for a new fursuit.
SO, if this new fursuit is to happen, I had to make some hard choices today. The main being this. Shining Armor is being sold. I plan to take Shining Armor to Sakura Con and Everfree before I sell him in July. He should be sold just in time to make my final payment on my new fursuit for October completion.
The sad fact is; Ever since I got Shining Armor, I RARELY use him. He's NOT A FURSUIT. He's a cosplay based of My Little Pony. Because of that I only have pony and comic/anime cons to use him. Over the last year I've had him, I've only used him like 4 times. That's just a joke. I love having a pony suit, but I do not attend enough brony events to use him enough. So he is going to be sold.
If you are interested in buying him, he will be up for bid STARTING at $2200 and up. It will also include the Cadence throwing prop you have seen before. Again, I will NOT SELL him till AFTER Everfree the first week of July. If you guys respond with insane interest, I might start the bid soon, but I will not take money or give the suit till July. We'll see. Just comment below. Consider this my attempt to gauge interest.
Sad times, but I spend all my bonus money this year on a new laptop. So, this is the only way a new fursuit can happen unless I wait a year for my next annual bonus. And honestly, I think it's the right thing to do. Shining Armor was fun, but he never gets used. Ever. I want another fursuit. I goto 10 times more furry events then I do brony events.
