I've been doing a lot of "waiting" lately, and I've already been doing a lot of "waiting" for a couple years now.

When it comes to waiting, you have to patient with yourself,you have to be patient with everyone else, and you have to be patient with the environment you live in. You have to stay calm and not think too much about things going on your life. I, myself, always think too much about a lot of things in my life, which always leads me to be upset about a lot of things. I'm not the best person when it comes to waiting.

I am the person where I need to live my life fast and full of events. I feel like I can't waste my time while being young. I have so many things I want to do and I want to meet so many new people and create long lasting memories.

It's just that most people flake out on me and cancel our plans and I'm getting bad at waiting and being patient for others.

I know how I should act, which is to be calm, but I always have my fast paced thoughts which always cause me to worry myself.

What are things that I can do to make me become a more patient person?
