Hi, all! Just got approved today on a new place and it's already available for immediate move-in. Hooray!! Just gotta square away some extra paperwork and it's finally a done deal. :D However, this now means I've gotta get packing and pushing so I can be fully standing and ready by April.

This is going to be my last call for commissions indefinitely. So the sale is still valid until April 1st. At which point I'll close commissions until at the very least my queue is complete.

Also, I know those of you that are waiting have been so, so patient with me but I hate to say there's going to be delays since the whole "omg pack and leave rightthisverysecond" unexpectedly came crashing into me. I'm also going to be slow to responding but I'm never away too long. If I haven't replied to a note or e-mail within 72 hrs just try again, or come back here and leave a comment or shout so it'll catch my attention.
