Fur The 'More write-up

I got back from Fur The 'More Sunday night, just as the snow was starting and basically spent Monday recovering from it and preparing for the week. So today is the day I give a write up! Forgive me if I get dates and names wrong, my memory is a little fuzzy about times and I'm horrible with names.
Friday I arrived a bit later than I had planned, showing up in the early afternoon. I was wearing my boots, corset and pirate baseball cap that day ( apart from pants and shirt, obviously :P ). I got my badge and started exploring, finding out where everything is. I perused Artists Alley and then wandered over to the Dealers Dens (two, they got split due to a hotel scheduling snafu). I wound up getting a couple of etched drink glasses, one with Luna and one with Flutterbat. I met
TabyKat and I think that's when I also met 
IdahoFox and Grim?. I met 
Cherri later that day along with some folks she was hanging out with. I think 
BadgerBen was there that day? I basically hung out and chatted while drawing for most of the day. I believe that was the day of the "Would you rather...?" panel event, which was pretty fun, although I think the host could have been better at directing it. Dead air isn't good for a "show" panel. Still fairly amusing, despite that.
Saturday was a similar day of wandering. I was also wearing my breast forms that day and went between wearing my baseball cap, my tiger hat, and no hat.
SirKain arrived that day and I hung out with him, MaxLightfoot?, Rassa? and the rest at various points. I tried out a tabletop game with Cherri that she's making. It was fun and everyone seemed to enjoy it, especially since it was the first time it was tried with four players. I met Sunshine? for the first time while hanging around the zoo. It was her first time at a con ( she was adorkable ). I found 
Sciggles in the Dealers Den (#2 I think?) and it was the first time I've talked with her face-to-face. I bought a Big McIntosh cutie-mark button from her. xD I also met Esraaiy? and 
STrRedWolf in the zoo at various points. I got a small commission from cute little lady in Artists Alley but I never wrote down her name and I don't think she signed the piece she did. I'll have to double check!
We went out to dinner together that evening. Some of us, myself included, went to a hibachi restaurant while others went to a more American-grill style restaurant. I unfortunately wound up missing both the fursuit parade and the Mathew Ebel concert.
Later at night I crashed with SirKain/TabyKat/BadgerBen/MaxLightfoot? in their room and chilled for a bit. Had some rum and "liquid apple pie" and tried out Dogfish Head's Worldwide Stout ( It was okay, I'm not a big beer fan ). We watched the latest ponies episode since I missed it and we blew through 1GB of my data plan for the month ( thank you YouTube and your horrible caching ). I was dragged out in the evening for a few hours by SirKain to go wander the con at night and we met some folks, a couple of whom he knew and was surprised to find. I met GraySoul? and someone else I'm forgetting. There was a lot of conversations about various things, though I didn't participate much ( too young to remenisce like they did :P ) and wound up heading back to the room with BadgerBen after a while. Drove back to my apartment in time to see a beautiful large moon followed by a rainbow filled sunrise. Then I slept.
Sunday I got in late due to the late night before. SirKain already headed out to beat the snow before I got back, and after hanging in the Zoo for a little I said goodbye to Cherri as she wanted to leave early for the same reason. After that I headed over to the Charity Auction along with TabyKat, IdahoFox, and a few other folks. I bid on a couple of items but was outbid both times. Aw well. It ran long so rolled right into closing ceremonies and then the feedback panel. Someone else ahead of me gave the same feedback about the Zoo ( f that noise ) so I sat that out. Then they announced the Dead Dog Dance was canceled due to the snow and most folks seemed to have left, so I said goodbye to one last person I knew and then packed up and headed out.
At various points I saw other folks. I know I saw
Dragoneer around a few times, and I saw both the Blaze and Icey fursuits ( characters of 
ICEman ) wandering about. Icey has sparkly hair ( it amused me ) and Blaze was quite nice. >u> They were also both rather tall. ( I'm short... ) I also saw 
Zen in suit. There were a bunch of others that were quite nice.
Overall it was fairly enjoyable, although there are a few things I'd do differently next time. I was happy that I got a few compliments on my corset and one on my corset+forms ( "Impressive!" xD ). I did break someone's brain with it ( male gamer can't handle it? I dunno ) and had someone want to grope me. :C Main thing I need next year is a messenger bag with a spot for a water bottle so I don't keep losing it like I did on Saturday. Also thanks again to BadgerBen for laminating my badge for me! I need to remember to make a better one at some point, although this one should last me for a little while.
