Is this true?(Very important information about PayPal & FA)

So,
aaros posted a few "rules" or.. mere highly recommended suggestions. Just a PSA. There may be some people who aren't aware of these things...
1. Paypal doesn't like furaffinity. In your paypal transactions, don't ever mention furaffinity, furry stuff, or especially anything adult-related. Even if you're just buying clean art, you don't want to be associated with FA at all. If paypal thinks you're buying furry porn, accounts tend to get frozen.
2. If you're sending someone money, ALWAYS use the "purchasing goods and services" option, don't ever select the "gift" option as getting a lot of those can make paypal suspicious, and it's incorrect anyway. Sellers are supposed to pay the fees either way, and if you REALLY want to overcome paypal fees you can always just overpay them a dollar or two.
3. People have been getting their accounts frozen lately because they put their paypal email on their FA page! Don't do this, it's not safe.
4. Just remember, you can get both your account and the account of whoever you're paying in trouble by mentioning the wrong stuff in your paypal transaction description. (Link to journal: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5598448/ )
So my thought bout this: Is this true? And if it is, Why? Why are PayPal pinning down on us?

FA+

However if you read their EULA/TOS, they do stop trades involving adult content/service/items.
Personally I just handle FA orders through Paypal as every other order.
I pick "Goods and services", add the correct amount, add the text "Payment for commission by <whatever name I used in my commission>". Eg. if I ordered through a journal and note, I'll just refer to Dax Cyro.
I never refer to what I ordered when paying through Paypal, only which order/time/name I handled it through. Be it furry related or not.
"Good and services" are correct. You're not sending gifts, and if there are disputes selecting gift can give you both a minor shit storm.
