Need Password Reset ASAP

Never lose sight of the horizon for fear of missing the sunrise.
My computer was compromised recently and I need to do a factory reset on it. But before I do that I need to change my password so I remember what it is (Ive been letting Firefox remember it)
But I cant do that unless I remember the old one DX
What is this tom-foolery? How do I get help on this? :(

In firefox go to File> Options > Security tab
in the security tab you'll see "saved passwords" as a clickable.
click on it, and it'll show you all the websites you have passwords to.
Click on "Show passwords" and bam. all passwords to whatever you have revealed.
Though I don't see how the hell firefox would have your computer password
when firefox is an INTERNET BROWSER. You need to log into your computer before you can even use that in the first place.
Care to explain a bit more on that?
