Well I've gone and made my travel arrangements for the 2014 Anthrocon in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
Playing it a little different this year though. Some friends and associates have invited me down to Boston a few days in advance for what they call a "Cowboy Shoot". Long story short I can dress up like I'm from the 1800's and shoot holes in designated targets along with other people dressed up like they're from the 1800's shooting holes in designated targets.
Sounds like fun.
So anyways I'll be taking a plane there from Winnipeg on the 27th (with a stopover in Montreal), have fun at the Cowboy Shoot and then drive with my friends from there to Pittsburgh where it's A.C. for a few days then I'll be catching a nice leisurely train on the 6th to Grand Forks where I'll do some last minute Cross-border shopping before heading back to Winnipeg.
It should be a full and fascinating trip for me.
