DELL DID IT AGAIN [Rage]

Most of you who know me know it takes a lot to get me upset, actually I'm pretty sure most of you have never seen me angry. But some things I can't tolerate and this is one of them. If you read my last journal you're briefed up to know but in case you didn't here : http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5581408/ : So after that fiasco I emailed the lady who's been working on my claim and service ticket and she appologized and said
"thanks for taking the time to reply, I know you called yesterday to Escalate to a Manager and I was not available, but I figured something had happened.
Well first of all, I completely agree with you being upset, how come they replaced the same part if we stated already it did not resolve it? I would be upset too.
I was following up with you as I knew IF the hard drive didn't resolve, it would have been a motherboard replacement, but I could not reach you on time for when the tech was still at your home and next thing I saw, there was the Mail in scheduled.
I want to resolve this problem ASAP, the resolution is to send the motherboard with a technician, it's the faster, more viable option right now.
I need you to let me know if you can let me proceed as well as letting me know if any complication arises from it after."
So as you can clearly see we established it was the motherboard (again) and she was going to send one, so i confirmed my address and she confirmed the shipment.
So the guy who came to repair it (super nice guy btw he rocked) he opens the back and stuff then goes to get the part and WHAT DO YOU FUCKIN KNOW?! They sent him another HARD DRIVE! Apparently meaning the lady lied to me and no one is still listening to me, I mean it's an email it's not like they could have misheard right?! So they guy who was repairing sympathized with me and decided he was just going to call DELL and tell them he replaced the HD and the motherboard and said it still wasn't working so I could just get it replaced, (see he's cool). So i thanked him and we called and he talked to them and hopefully (i'm on hold now) I'm just going to get my system replaced (again).
BUT STILL HOW THE FUACK GAHHHHHHH
Just yea, don't buy dell, ever. EVER, I mean I pay like 500 a year for this tech support and full coverage and they pull all this shit.
UPDATE:
So the guy is trying to transfer me to someone who can help me with a system exchange and failing.. somehow? I mean how do you fail to transfer a call?!

so they're gunna replace it but as usual it's gunna take like a week, woopdy-fukin-do

Awrrr poor mr meep ... I hope you can get things resolved soon ... That's a lot of bs they're putting you through ... Such bad customer service >_< ... Specially when your paying that much a year so your computers always working >_<
