Actually from what I can see, it says 1.4.7. Any plans to update to 1.7 any time in the near future? Just be warned if you do, it may be a good idea to start a new world. 1.7 changed the world generation.

I know it did. I did some tinkering yesterday because I am still bored with default Minecraft and I changed it to Tekkit Lite which is on 1.4.7 right now. Sorry for the inconvenience but default Minecraft really is quite boring.
