I helped a friend make an outfit for an Alice in Wonderland Wedding, they had a lot of people come as the Queen of Hearts though.
Fall or Autumn as we call it in Australia...Gardening time, late harvests, pruning, pulling the old tomatoes out that won't survive winter, cleaning out gutters and cleaning up in general, its cooler and the nights are still warm enough for walks. No impending doom of snow over our heads, Adelaide just doesn't get cold enough. Although I miss the beach and swimming from summer, I don't miss the heat, we still get the odd hottish day but the weather is weird and unpredictable. Now the autumn leaves through the Adelaide hills is a wonder and joy, much to be enjoyed on a slow scenic drive. One of my favourite things to do in early autumn.
Spring is okay, a time of new growth, more garden work, starting seedlings up and re setting the garden, warming weather much like it is anywhere in the world.
I think I prefer Autumn, despite busy schedules it seems a calmer time, a great relief from the summers heat.
How about you...what are you choices and preferences. *hugs*
Like, some people who use patterns as a theme. "Zebra" and "Camo" or "redneck" Are not good themes....
I love Autumn. It's still just warm enough o spend plenty of time outside. But the heat is finally gone and we are heading into the rain and cold. If I could live in endless autumn I would. The smells, the sights, the food, the comfort. Autumn is just perfect in every way.
I wish I could write more... Or even better quality. But I am so tired. hahaha.
