I'm sorry to hear that. While I don't agree with you even on fundamental matters, it is behavior that bothers me more than such disagreement, and while I admit I don't know you that well yet, you don't strike me as the type who would behave in such a way as to deserve to be blocked.

I've been blocked myself, so I have an idea of how you feel.

I had always assumed I'd be blocked after some sort of confrontation! It was so long ago that I don't even remember who blocked me; I went to favorite a picture of an artist I hadn't seen before, only to find that they'd already blocked me for some reason, it was quite a surprise

That's what I would assume too. I don't want to abuse the "block" feature, even though it's tempting to block people who really upset me and to whom I can't get through.

That's more or less what I went through with someone else--I think his grandfather had died and I wanted to offer my condolences and I found out he blocked me. Maybe it was an accident, I don't know, but I really don't recall anything I did to prompt him to do that.
