It would seem I am of two furs about everything.

Tyler is Nic’s counterpoint. Where Nic is calm and cuddly, Tyler is hyperactive and always on the move. However, Tyler is as much me as Nic is; they are two aspects of my personality that show themselves in different ways. Physically, I am closer to Nic—and I can never match Tyler’s stature. Tyler knows that "Ben" (only Tyler can call him that) loves underwear, so will take unnecessary risks to acquire more for him--stealing them from locker rooms, laudromats, etc. Tyler will rush after whatever he wants, leaving Bengalen to get him out of trouble. It is not uncommon for Bengalen to have to hold Tyler down, the poor raccoon struggling in vain to escape the tiger’s grip.

Bengalen and Tyler act as much as brothers as they do as lovers.
