You gotta have a Paypal account, and the guy/girl who wants to buy you the drawing, gotta give you money via Paypal.
Kinda simple. You just have to give him/her your paypal email adress ;)

PayPal, being a very popular service, is usually what artists around here use for art commissions.

A couple of ways you can recieve payment using PayPal:
1) Have the recipient receive your PayPal address, then they send you the appropriate amount for "Goods/Services."
2) Ask recipient for PayPal address, create and send them an invoice, and they'll pay the invoice amount.

This is just a simple explanation of what goes on when using PayPal for art commissions. I suggest looking around the site for more information on how PayPal works.
