Fursuit commission - Communication??

Hi!
I have ordered a bodysuit for my fursona (the lich werewolf, Najawarie). Crystumes did the partial, but the bodysuit I am getting it from another maker. So far, my last message from them was two MONTHS ago telling me they were "soon" working on it. So far, no news. I didn't harassed, I know it takes time, but a lot of fursuit were posted by the meanwhile. They doesn't answer to me and they doesn't seems to have started my bodysuit at all. I kindly asked if it was soon to be worked, no answer. Way later, I told them about the fact I will move soon and will need it for a certain time, still no news. I do have made full payment already.
Is there anything to do? Is it supposed to be normal?

I don't say the maker name, thought some probably know it already since it is written somewhere in my old journal. All I can tell is that it is a canadian maker. If you think you got a suit from the same maker, can you let me know?

First due date: November 30th
Second one was something in the beginning of January.
Last answer from them was January 21rst :P
They did around 13 fursuits between their last answer (when they were supposed to start) and now
Answer were quick until I finished my payment, then it stopped.
I only have written once a month since January, because I'm very patient and didn't wanted to bother them. But I feel they really ignore me, which makes me upset. If at least they were answering, even just to tell they had to delay it or something, that could be fine.
I'll see if I get an answer, then I'll take action if it doesn't
