Quick summary, he is a blue time lord deer and is also a pyromaniac. So I looked up some Japanese names, preferably ones that meant "fire" or something of the like, or just anything that caught my eye. Here are the names I found:

Hideaki (shining excellence; splendid brightness)
Hikaru (radiance)
Makoto (sincere, true)
Masaaki (true brightness)
Mitsuo (shining man)
Mitsuru (full, growing)
Takeshi (fierce, violent)
Haruki (shining brightly)

There are some I like better, such as Takeshi, Haruki, and Hikaru, but I can't make up my mind! grr I hate being so indecisive... let me know which names you really like, it will help a lot!
