No AC for me this year.

Yes, thanks to AC being on July 4rth weekend yet again I will be unable to go. I already asked at work, no dice. It's not really work being unfair - I work in the bakery AND the seafood departments at a grocery store and holiday weekends mean high customer traffic, so between the two of them they will need all hands on deck.
I'm sad about this, and will especially miss my road trip with
ChainerPrime as that is always a highlight, seeing where we will stop along the way and talking about this and that.
I will also GREATLY miss seeing
Irime and all my other friends I see rarely or even ONLY ever at AC.
It is what it is though, and I'm not going to throw a fit about it. I will also still try to make badges to send with a friend who is willing to distribute them, because I really enjoy making badges for the theme each year.
Very sorry if I have disappointed anyone. Perhaps next year they won't do it on July 4rth again.

ALSO!! Along with forgetting to reply to this comment I repeatedly keep forgetting to ask you about your sona's horns!! Do they go a certain way or should I play based on what I see in a pic? I thought I shouted on your page or sent a note but I'm a derp and was mistaken. That skletch has been in my book since the con but apparently I have the memory of a goldfish... :(
