Thanks for replying and I hope you feel better with your teeth. I'm going through the same thing. We're pretty sure it's an ear infection/sinus/allergies, but damn it hurts when it acts up. Yours kinda' sounds more like a tooth, issue, though. Especially if it's responding to extreme temps.
