What is the name of your fursona?
Havelock Songrrakki Bjornson. Just call him Havelock or Hav.
Where did the name of your fursona come from?
He has the same name as my Society for Creative Anachronism persona. I got the first part of that name from a character from the Discworld series. The rest I got from looking at nordic names.
What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?
He's a coyote with some polar bear ancestry. I chose a coyote since they're crazy but resourceful little bastards. The polar bear ancestry started out as a joke a friend made about my unusual cold tolerance for a Texan. Afterwards I though about it, and decided to include it in my fursona.
What color is your fursona and why?
He has natural colors. It's just that the pattern is a little unnatural. I like the natural colors coyotes have, but I wanted to play with the shapes so that he looks different enough to pick out of a crowd.
What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your RL personality?
He's a trickster and enjoys causing some harmless chaos. I'm a lot more shy and usually try to keep my head down. However, both him and I dislike having to put a large amount of trust in others unless we known them. Even then we try to prepare for in case something unexpected causes them to fail.
What is one item your fursona owns that is significant to you in RL?
His blue and white drover coat. I've made it in in RL as the first costume piece I made for myself.
What is one thing your fursona would say to you if you could meet?
Good evening sir. Havelock Bjornson at your service. *bows*

How has your fursona changed over the years?
He started out as two different fursonas. One was just a coyote with not much personality beyond just being me but a little more outgoing. The other was a red wolf soldier with some actual back story. Before these two I'd had a couple others but they were completely different species with different personalities.
How long have you had this fursona?
I've had Havelock since early 2013.
Would you like to be more like your fursona?
I wouldn't mind having a tail...
Actually I've already worked to be a bit more physically fit like my fursona. I used to be a bit on the heavy side but now after using Havelock as a goal I'm actually a few kilos lighter than him now.
